Simplified home buying experience

Felt very uninformed. No communication. Couldn't give answers to questions. The buyer was displeased, the builder was displeased, I was displeased. I don't think I would go with the preferred lender again for Stanley Martin, and I do intend...

Katty was very helpful during the proces. Great communication and guidance, specially for us that were first time home buyers.

Overall it was very straightforward and easy. There was a charge missed that resulted in an extra transfer fee but great otherwise
