Steve advised some of the largest banks, private equity and investment funds on over $10 Billion worth of real estate investments ranging from $1 Million to $250 Million for all major property types. Institutional clients include: Bank of America, Citibank, BlackRock, CalPERS etc. Primary focus on Medical and Multifamily related real estate investments - medical office buildings, ambulatory surgical centers (ASC), dialysis clinics and multifamily housing. Works closely with Healthcare Networks, Hospitals, public and private Healthcare REITs, Medical Groups, Investment Funds, private doctors and dentists, and High-Net-Worth investors. Prior to joining KW Commercial in Studio City, he was the #1 individual sales person at NAI Capital selling $70 Million+ Medical Office Buildings and Surgical Centers. Steve obtained his Bachelor's and Master's degrees from Harvard University and completed an additional Master's Degree in Finance at Brandeis. He is member of the Harvard Real Estate Alumni Organization; Brandeis Alumni Society, Healthcare Financial Management Association and the Beverly Hills Chamber of Commerce. With 20 years of real estate experience, he is one of the very few professionals who hold dual real estate broker and commercial/residential appraiser licenses.
