My wife started the process of changing agents to Michelle at the "We Insure" agency owned by Katie Knight. The first problem was that it took almost a month to finally hear that Michelle couldn't transfer our Progressive policy to her agency....

Very professional and helpful in changing me over to a lesser expensive policy. No hesitation or negative replies totally on their game!
