We had some problems uploading documents to the system so had to scan them and attach to an email. This caused the system to keep sending us reminders to submit documents we had already sent. However, Kathy was very good at explaining this...

It was a great experience working with Kathy. Not as stressful as other mortgage companies. This helps a lot. The process can be painful. We got it tbrough with Kathy's flexible accommodation.
