A resident of Sarasota for the past 20 years, Kathy's knows her hometown through and through with a comprehensive background in Broadcast News. A morning anchor and executive producer for SNN6, Kathy is an award-winning journalist who loves the beauty of Florida's Gulf Coast from the No. 1 beach to the world-class arts scene. A recipient of six Associated Press Awards, Kathy's brings the same attention-to-detail and pursuit of excellence to her real estate customers. She's developed a strong sense of the Sarasota community and a skill for really listening to her buyers and sellers as she parlays her competitive edge for hunting down news stories to hunting down the perfect home for her customers. Originally from Long Island, NY, Kathy has a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and attended Boston University and USF Tampa. Having met on Siesta Key, Kathy has been married to her husband for 17 years and is the proud mother of Malakai, Sierra, and Andres. Beyond real estate, she enjoys the arts and considers herself an "athlete-at-heart." In school, she was a Division 1 full scholarship swimmer and today, you may find her at beach runs, boot camps, or involved in the local rowing scene, thanks to her Sarasota Crew kids. She strives to enjoy the here and now with her family, while helping others moving to the area with the same goal as they find their home on the Suncoast!
