History Great Land Realty was founded in 1968, making it the oldest real estate firm in the Eagle River area. It has always been a family owned and operated company. Kathy and Phil Geraci have owned Great Land Realty since buying it from Kathy's aunt in 1981. Agents We have seven agents in the office that list and sell property. We have instant access to all the Multiple Listing Services, Municipal Records, and Property Tax Records that allow our agents to better serve you. Property Management We have a full-time property manager in Eagle River. She only does property management. She does not list or sell property.
