Having moved coast to coast with her family, Kathy's passion for the relocating family is evident in her relationships with the large corporations. Not only did her clients trust her knowledge but multiple corporations such as Chevron, Shell, Exxon, Mustang, and more relied on her integrity, honesty, and market knowledge to serve their most valued employees. Country living has also been very appealing to Kathy so she also has sold many ranch properties throughout the Houston and surrounding counties. Creating a relationship with her clients has always been a paramount goal for her and many of them are now referring their children to her. In 1998, Kathy and her business partner Gayle Huffman founded the first Keller Williams franchise in Katy, Texas which now has become the market dominate real estate company in West Houston.In her personal life, Kathy has been on the board of Young Life Katy, The Ballard House, and The Pregnancy Help Center of Katy as Executive Director. Available for consultation, many non-profits have consulted with her on how to structure their organizations and create companies that will be long-lasting. Her church is very important to her and currently is a member of Champion Fellowship in Brenham, Texas.Now her daughter, Erin Kugler, and son, Steve Girgenti, have stepped in to continue her legacy and has founded the team of the Girgenti Legacy Realty Group. Erin has experience in a surveying company and specializes in Luxury properties but also is passionate about helping first-time homebuyers and first responders. Steve brings 28+ years of corporate business acumen in leading a large team internationally.
