Kathy has experience as a former deputy public defender for Garland County and a former deputy prosecuting attorney for Garland County. She is currently the only board certified attorney in consumer bankruptcy law in Arkansas, as certified by the American Board of Certification and is currently one of less than 500 attorneys in the US certified in consumer bankruptcy law.
