MEET THE TEAM BIO Kathy Kuglar is the epitome of the "Southern Girl". She was born and raised in South Georgia on a red clay dirt road riding bikes, climbing trees, and digging up pecans that fell from the pecan orchard behind their family home. She lived in South Georgia until her parents relocated to Atlanta when she was 17 years old. Her family, which consists of her husband, two children, and their precious fur babies, Rosie and BoBo, relocated to Panama City, Florida in 2011 after the housing crash forced them into a life they always dreamed they wanted. Kathy Kuglar is a dedicated and hardworking realtor as she truly cares for each of her clients, and their needs. She enjoys the thrill of their excitement when they find their first home, next home or forever home. She also can't wait to make that phone call when a great offer comes in on a home she is selling for her clients.
