Her experience includes drafting SEC filings, advising on intricate commercial transactions, and guiding clients through public and private securities offerings. Katie also advises on mergers and acquisitions for both the selling and purchasing parties, including public-to-private transactions. Katie earned her J.D. from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law, where she was a Staff Editor and Corporate Counsel Symposium Co-Editor for the SMU Law Review Association.
