Kathy Dudgeon received her Real Estate license in 2016 moving up to Management Level Realtor in 2019. Born and raised in Delphos, Ohio Kathy knows the ins and outs of Northwest Ohio. Her highly polished people skills are able to give her the extra push in negotiating for both buyers and sellers! Kathy strives to provide a broad range of information to educate all clients as she genuinely believes education is in utmost importance in helping prepare a client for the real estate market. It is especially important to her to do everything possible for her clients to have a rewarding and memorable experience in their real estate process. Kathy is a member of the Ohio Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, and the West Central Association of Realtors. Gaining recognition by the Ohio Association of Realtors President's Sales Club 2019, 2020. And earning her Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource (SFR) Certification. She is also a member of the Multiple Listing Service which allows her to show ANY property on the market! Kathy is also a member of the Delphos Kiwanis, volunteering and becoming involved with many community projects and events.
