I've been a resident of the Thousand Oaks/Westlake Village/Newbury Park area since 1964 (wow!- and I'm only 39- how is this possible?) I love it here and would never move- you'll love it, too! I love gardening and growing orchids, majored in Bio Sci in college (but didn't go to work for Amgen- go figure). I did lab work for several years but became passionately convinced that everyone should own real estate- so I changed careers and have never looked back! I employ my science background to help buyers and sellers apply logic to the always emotional prospect of relocating. This helps them make the best decisions for their situation.
