Katherine began her real estate career thirty five years ago as an Escrow Officer/Manager in Southern California and has also owned a Title Insurance and Escrow Company in Bend, Oregon. Her broad based experience in handling all types of real estate transactions led her into real estate sales in 1995 and her passion for the business continues here in the Coachella Valley. Katherine's wealth of knowledge has helped her successfully represent clients with not only their personal residences and second homes, but also investment opportunities in commercial office and industrial buildings, as well as leasing of office and industrial space, land development and new home sales. During the last 24 years as a licensed Realtor, her belief in client satisfaction allows for a win-win experience for everyone involved in the transaction. When selling your property or looking for the right property to purchase it all comes down to the escrow closing and Katherine is the person you want representing you to make sure the escrow process is a smooth and seamless transaction.
