It has been said on more than one occasion that Real Estate is in my DNA. I was born and raised in Richmond into a "Real Estate" family. Some of my fondest memories are of stopping to "preview" new construction homes with my dad on the way home from Church on Sunday Mornings. I learned the value of good construction at an early age, mostly by walking through walls that didn't yet exist. Those early experiences kindled my love of real estate and planted a seed that has grown into a successful, multi faceted career in the industry. I attended The Collegiate Schools and graduated from St. Anne's-Belfield School in Charlottesville. After graduating from Denison University in Ohio, I returned to Richmond where I bought my first duplex which I still own today. This investment started my career in real estate which has now spanned several decades. After spending 15 years in Summit County Colorado, managing vacation rentals and homeowner associations, I relocated back to Virginia to manage the family real estate investments. I currently reside in Ashland with my husband Todd and our daughter Tessa. Having been raised in Richmond, I have an intimate knowledge of the city and enjoy working in all areas of the metropolitan area. My experience in rental ownership and management adds depth to my approach in helping buyers and sellers.
