Katelin (Kate) Brooks was born and raised in Brooksville, Florida where she is now raising her sons, Odin and Jonah. Family and realtionships are of utmost importance to Kate. She has a background in hospitality and assisted living care. She decided to take the leap in career change by joining her family in the Real Estate business. She takes pride in connecting with her clients and listening to their needs. She has been assisting clients with finding their perfect home, working with them from start to finish at the closing table, and even beyond since 2020.
