KATE MCMAHON counsels clients in the entertainment, sports, and media industry, as well as private equity clients and their portfolio companies on transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, strategic investments, joint ventures and general corporate matters. During law school, she served as an administrative editor for the Georgetown Law Journal . Additionally, Kate was a legal intern at the Business and Tax Section of the California Department of Justice and the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission's Division of Investment Management.
