In an exciting development for the Southeastern NC market, Karen's team merged with another top producing team in the area to form Domin & Schwartz Real Estate Group, a true powerhouse of real estate professionals. Karen became a real estate agent in 2006, and rapidly became one of the leading agents in Greater Wilmington. She is widely known and well-respected for her work ethic, professionalism and dedication to her clients. Karen specializes in family and corporate relocation, first-time home buyers and retirees throughout Southeastern North Carolina. Growing up in a military family, Karen rarely lived anywhere more than a few years and has a special affinity for clients relocating to our area.
