About

I am an experienced Realtor, having sold real estate in both Georgia and South Carolina for a total of eleven years. I am a member of the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing. My strengths are attention to detail, writing enticing descriptions that encourage buyers to view these homes, and negotiating contracts for a win-win outcome, seeing the buying and selling process through to a successful closing. I am a graduate of The Johns Hopkins University and have pursued over 100 hours of continuing real estate education in recent years. My sellers and buyers appreciate that I listen carefully and advise them on the most effective way to achieve their goals within the stated timeframe of each individual. My passion is helping people with their real estate goals. I have volunteered with Habitat For Humanity and started a fund-raising campaign to establish a scholarship fund to assist deserving high school students with college expenses.
