I have been a licensed Realtor since 1979, and a Broker since 1986. I have served as President of the Seguin Board of Realtors twice- in 1998 and again in 2009, received the Texas Monthly 5 Star Professional Award in 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016 and 2017. I am a member of the Women's Council of Realtors. I have earned professional designations as a Graduate, Realtor(r) Institute (GRI), Council of Real Estate Brokerage Manager (CRB(r)), and Certified Residential Specialist (CRS(r)), and have received Referral and Relocation Certification. Adding to that, I have served on the Seguin City Planning and Zoning Commission (1983-1997), a former Board Member of Seguin State Bank, the Guadalupe County Chamber of Commerce, and Guadalupe County United Way. I am currently on the Board of Directors of F.O.L.M. (Friends of Lake McQueeney), the Lake Ridge HOA, and the Guadalupe Regional Medical Foundation, and a member of the Shakespeare Literary Club. I consider myself "On Call" 24/7 when it comes to serving my clients. I am persistent, determined, trustworthy and knowledgeable. After all, it's the SOLD sign that counts! After building my own brokerage for 10 years, in 2014, I decided to sell the company, a move that allowed me to dedicate even more time toward putting clients first and delivering the quality service they deserved and had come to expect. Considered waterfront savvy by both my clients and peers, I know the areas and am knowledgeable about the available product in which I list and sell, which includes not only Seguin, but Lake McQueeney, Lake Placid, New Braunfels and the surrounding areas. Having been a former classroom teacher (proud graduate of the University of Texas, "Hook 'em Horns", with a B.S. Ed. and am M. Ed., I am an excellent negotiator and educate my clients about every facet of their real estate transaction.
