Karen Beane has been actively working in the Lakes Region of New Hampshire for more than 35 years. She is the owner and broker of Blue Water Realty Group in Gilford, NH. Karen is a residential designer working with a State of NH licensed Engineer, producing some of the more unique lakefront residences under Karen Beane Signature Homes. She is married to Doug Beane, who along with their son, Jason, operates Blue Water Construction. Together they have developed Team Blue Water consisting of the Beane family and an extended group of very talented craftsmen, engineers, project managers and sales agents who are here to help you with all of your real estate needs whether it is in construction, design or sales.
