My name is Kareem Al Jandali, but my friends call me Jandali. For more than 32 years I have lived the adventures of a life time. ..It all began in 1989 when my mother and I joined my father on our move back to Syria. I traveled for nearly a year and my fathers Oxford tutor was hired to guide my education along the way. But I wasn't too anxious to learn. Although we didn't see eye to eye on everything we did have the most amazing journeys together. Who knows, maybe one day I will ad a page to history.I explored the great Golden Souks of Damascus with T.E. Lawrence, traveled to Vienna and matched wits with Freud, painted the streets of Paris with Picasso, debated religion with Kahlil Gibran in Northern Lebanon, walked the fashion runway from Paris to Montreal, Bangkok and Singapore. Gotten kicked out of the Monaco Casino next to Italy, ate $20 Big Mac's in Sweden, climbed the Mountains in Switzerland - and slept under the Eiffel Tower in Paris. Some of my travels were enlightening, others were quite fun, and some were rather frightening. Especially my trip to Beirut where I almost died.By the time I was 21 my quest for adventure had only grown stronger and may have clouded my judgement more times then I'd like to remember.I'll never forget the time I was working with Medecins Sans Frontiers (Doctor's without Borders) handling logistics between Syria and Iraq and found myself on the East Syrian border for Macho Via's welcoming committee. I survived the Iraq war and found myself right in the middle of the Lebanese Revolution. Being in Beirut was an experience full of excitement terror and sadness. One of the most unforgettable events of my life. It started in the trenches of the Bakaa Valley, moved to the campaign in Africa, and ended up working as a liason for the Lebanese forces.This particular mission didn't turn out exactly how I had hoped, but there were many more ahead. Some of my romances were adventures in themselves. And needless to say I fell in love more than once.I was one of the finalist's for The Apprentice II Show with Donald Trump - and I am the future Mayor of Troy...I've had many great adventures. Met a lot of amazing people. Visited hundreds of fascinating places and lived the life beyond imagination. And all before the age of 26.But in the end I am who I am.
