Kandice Ramdhanie was born in Trinidad and moved to New York at the age of ten. She has been living in Queens for almost 20 years. She worked in healthcare for 10 years, where she developed many of her skills in customer service, communication, time management, leadership, and analytical skills. Growing up with a father who builds houses, her love for homes started at an early age. She decided to become a real estate salesperson where she would be able to use her knowledge and experience to help others. She loves meeting new people, and strive every day to exceed the expectation of her clients. Kandice has two daughters, who motivate her to be the best at what she does. She is eager to learn and continues to educate herself to produce the best results for her clients.
