justin alway's answered everytime i called -he answered my questions and made my whole expierence easy as possible and barbara was fantastic meeting me wherever and whenever to p/u paperwork etc

Improvement of the address system in the online loan process. I had to cancel several loan applications because the proper address wasn't within the system.
