Justin made the paperwork processing very easy and simple. Loved the fact that he was very assessable, him and his team did a really good job on responding to emails and helping with getting documents uploaded and sent.

Justin was professional and kind throughout the process. Even took the time to come meet me in person on closing day! The only caveat is I wasn't informed ahead of time about the closing fees I needed to bring when I signed.
