Justin D. Hoech

Upon graduating from Arizona State University, Justin D. Hoech, returned to New Mexico to work in the family business, Hoech Real Estate Corporation. Established in 1985, Hoech Real Estate Corporation's primary objective was to assemble and develop parcels of vacant land in a manner that promoted organized and cohesive growth in the Albuquerque metropolitan area. As a licensed New Mexico real estate broker, qualifying broker, and vice-president of Hoech Real Estate Corporation, Mr. Hoech was able to achieve the prestigious CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation, further substantiating his accomplishments. In June 2012, due to the lack of development opportunities existing in the State of New Mexico, Mr. Hoech relocated his family to San Diego, California. This provided an opportunity for him and his family to return to his wife's hometown. After promptly achieving his California Broker's license, Mr. Hoech formed Red Tree Realty with Seth Robinson. Both Mr. Hoech and Mr. Robinson established the Bay Park Connection, a successful resource serving the community of Bay Park in Central San Diego. Both men are firm believers that REALTORS(r) exist to serve the community. Their goal is to offer exceptional customer service, but also to improve and promote the community in which they serve. They have demonstrated this vision by organizing community events, researching and reporting on adjacent development, and blogging about the businesses and personalities existing within the community.
