Justin is a Bay area enthusiast who's passionate about exploring the local culture from the galleries of Downtown St Pete to the eateries of Tampa Heights. You can find him at the Thai Temple on Sundays, practicing at Yoga in the Park in Downtown Tampa, running the Riverwalk with a running group in Channelside and visiting every hidden restaurant gem he can find. Justin began his career in 2005 as a mortgage broker and gained hard-won experience as the market shifted. During that shift, he transitioned into the administrative side of the business and gained experience in property management in Downtown, South Tampa, Harbor Island, Davis Island. After moving to Tennessee, Justin established a transaction coordination company handling contract-to-close for commercial, residential and auction clients. That variety of business also exposed him to a wide variety of marketing campaigns, ranging from national media buys for auctions to producing a weekly radio show to founding a guerilla marketing company. That culminated in directing the operations of a real estate team and commercial property management business in Knoxville, Tennessee. Justin relocated to the area to be closer to his family. In his words, "I couldn't have written a better ending or found a better home for myself. As much as I loved the mountains, this is home and I found a great home on the Delgado Home Team."
