For 20 years now, I've been working with families and business owners, understanding what is most important to them and helping them achieve their goals. I've developed and refined a process that helps put the financial puzzle pieces together for my clients.While attending Calvin College, where I earned a Bachelor of Science in accountancy and a Bachelor of Arts in psychology, I studied for and passed the CPA exam. After graduating from Calvin in 2003, I began working for Deloitte in Grand Rapids, Mich. In 2005, I joined Edward Jones as a financial advisor. I earned the CFP® certification in 2011 and the CPWA® designation in 2023.I've been married for 21 years and have four children. My wife is very involved at our children's school, as well as in our church. She also operates a nonprofit that furnishes homes for women transitioning from abusive relationships. As a family, we enjoy taking bike rides, boating and playing games.Kristen VanArnam has been serving our clients for the past six years, and Stacy Somerville joined our team in 2024.
