Julio has worked as a fulltime realtor since early 2016. He began his career in real estate with a top producing team as a buyers agent and quickly gained experience and successful transactions under his belt. Julio's top priority is building sustaining relationships with his clients, managing their expectations and utilizing all available resources to ensure seamless & smooth transactions. He has dealt with and successfully helped close every kind of deal from short sales, to first time buyers, down payment assistance program deals, investors, and everything in between. Born in California, Julio's family moved to Maryland in 1997 and Julio has been a Montgomery County resident since. Outside of real estate Julio enjoys traveling and spending time with his family including his pet Cockatiel.
