She opened her firm, Softwind Realty, LLC, when she realized she wanted to concentrate on providing excellent, personalized service to her clients in a way that a big firm just can't provide. Julie is passionate about real estate. Her number one goal is to help her clients with their real estate needs while striving for a pleasant and positive experience for all. Julie graduated from NCSU with a degree in Materials Engineering and then worked at Duke Energy for 15 years in Information Technology. Her 30+ years experience in customer service coupled with her eye for detail provides a real estate transaction experience like no other. She is happily married and has a son, step-daughter, and a giant Rhodesian Ridgeback who would like to be a lap dog.
