Hi! I'm Julie Brawn, Realtor with Daniel Ravenel Sotheby's International Realty, located in Savannah, Georgia. I'm originally from Southwestern Ontario but left Canada in 1999 to spend an adventurous year teaching English in Pusan, South Korea. An unexpected turn of events led me from South Korea to Georgia in 2000, and I have made Savannah my home since that time. Although I never intended to leave Canada permanently, I fell completely under the many charms of the coastal area. I was a permanent resident here for several years, but am proud to say that I became a United States Citizen in 2015! I have been a full-time Realtor since 2010, and am currently an active member of the Savannah, Georgia, and National Association of Realtors, as well as a member of the Distinguished Sales Society. My real estate experiences have enabled me to build a fantastic network of many different professionals who will all play a part in ensuring the entire buying or selling process is smooth, and clients are kept in the loop every step of the way. Whether listing a home and receiving fabulous marketing support and regular communication, or buying a home and needing a team of inspectors, lenders, closing attorneys, etc., my ultimate goal in working with clients is to provide superior customer service throughout the process. My husband Dave is also a newly minted American citizen. We are big hockey fans and have been season ticket holders of the Savannah Ghost Pirates since their inaugural season. We are also big dog lovers and enjoy 18 holes whenever we can squeeze it in. We love living in the South and very much enjoy all Savannah and the surrounding communities have to offer.
