A Southern California Resident since 1997, Julie Everitt has held a California real estate license for 17 years and formerly an Arizona real estate license for 8 years. She has experience in New Home Sales, Commercial Real Estate and Timeshare sales, before settling into Residential Real Estate and becoming a REALTOR in 2013.She has been an active member of the Women's Council of REALTORS, Ventura County for the past four years holding the board positions of 2019 Local President, and 2018 President-Elect and 2020 Programs Director. While Julie was President in 2019, the Ventura County Network received the Landmark Award from California State, Women's Council of REALTORS for overcoming adversity in our county due to the massive wildfires and Borderline Shooting, which we held a community event for. She is originally from the Greater Boston area and graduated with a BA Degree in Communications/Fine Arts from Regis College. Her Father, Uncle, Brother and Sister inspired her to go into real estate, as they were all investors and landlords themselves.Julie has combined her passion for helping others with her sales/negotiating skills, as well as using newer technologies to assist in making the process as smooth as possible for her clients. She has personally received numerous sales accolades and awards, including the Coldwell Banker Quality Properties, Bronze Circle Member Award 2018 and the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, California Realty Top Selling Agent Award (June 2014). She is also a former contestant at the national Miss USA pageant, as Miss New Hampshire USA.She is an active parishioner of St. Peter Claver Catholic Church and holds a special place in her heart for the Alzheimer's Association, American Cancer Society, Music/The Arts, and our American Military and Veterans (her own Father served in the Air Force during the Vietnam War era).
