Many of the buyers commute to Bellevue and Seattle as I90 is a direct route. Hiking, skiing, golf and horseback riding is all within a short distance from Fall City, Snoqualmie, Issaquah, Carnation, Duvall, North Bend, Redmond and East Bellevue.
