Jimmy was extremely professional and very helpful to me during the process. I felt like family… no matter the time of day I had a question he was there to respond.
Jimmy you are great. The only area I would potentially improve was the communication between Debbie and Heather for paperwork sharing. It's a very very minor point because overall you and your team were amazing
