We provide services to private customers as well as builders and/or other independent contractors on a sub-contract basis, usually for specialized work such as drywall hanging, finishing and/or repair. After a bid has been accepted and a contract has been signed, the builder/customer will pay half of the bid prior to the project and the remaining bid after the project is completed, including the cost of materials. If the project is expected to take over 2 weeks to complete, an hourly rate will be negotiated which will be invoiced and paid weekly until the job is finished and all materials will be paid by the builder/customer.
