Joyce Xavier is an entrepreneur, real estate investor, interior designer, philanthropist, volunteer and proud mom. Personally owning 41 homes in all capacities; buyer/seller/investor/designer, she understands the home marketplace and stressful maze involved with selling and buying property. Past accomplishments include CEO/Founder of BTI, a cybersecurity firm founded in San Diego, and is also CEO/Founder of the TRIDAK Group, a leading consulting firm where she has navigated early-stage private companies through the challenging path of V.C. acquisitions and guiding products to market. Joyce's familiarity of the Coachella Valley, where she raised her kids 30 years ago, speaks to her understanding of its' rapidly changing demographic. She knows the valley inside and out, and looks forward to assisting in buying, selling, leasing or discussing the many lucrative opportunities of home ownership/investing. This has motivated her role serving on the Board of the Women's Council at Sharp Healthcare, leadership roles as Chairman/Director for the San Diego Symphony, her creation of "Fund A Note" (working alongside her dear friend Marvin Hamlisch) to fund important children's needs, roles serving The United Way, SD Council On Literacy, SD USO, SD Zoo, USS Midway, Coachella Valley WLF/Women's Leaders Forum, and the McCallum Theater. Current roles include serving on the Board of Advisors to OmniBiome Therapeutics, Inc., SHARP Healthcare Systems, Innovative Bottles, Inc., and centrexIT, Inc. Joyce resides in Indian Wells, CA with her cats Oliver, Zeus & Marcelo.
