My name is Carter Abney, and I am a Residential Specialist here at Cottonwood Properties. Originally from West Texas, I have been glad to call Black Mountain home for two years now! I got my Real Estate License in 2024 and have grown tremendously from my training here at Cottonwood Properties. I graduated with an associates degree from South Plains College in Texas, and am pursuing a separate Bachelor's degree with a Real Estate emphasis at Excel College here in Black Mountain. When free I love to train, hike, and travel as much as I can with my wife. I am passionate about meeting new people and providing opportunities for investors, new buyers, and travelers with dreams in the Black Mountain area!
