After serving in the U.S. Marines in Operation Enduring Freedom in Afghanistan, I attended Florida State University, were I obtained my undergraduate and juris doctor degrees. After graduating law school, I took a job as a prosecutor in Orange and Osceola Counties, prosecuting cases from DUIs to Felonies punishable to life in prison. I have extensive jury and non-jury trial experience both as prosecutor and defense attorney. I have tried over 60 jury trials as lead attorney. As both a prosecutor and a defense attorney, I have handled cases from misdemeanors up to felonies punishable by life in prison.
