Josh Bassan was born and raised on the Big Island of Hawaii, moving to the mainland in 2001 to attend Georgetown University. He graduated Magna Cum Laude in 2005 with a Bachelor of Arts in Chinese, a minor in Business, and picked up the Chinese Award upon graduation as well. Josh is trilingual, having spoken Japanese with his mother growing up. Having started small businesses in both high school and college, he quickly found work in sales and landed in the litigation support industry. Looking to make a change, in late 2015 Josh expressed his interest in the mortgage industry and earned his mortgage loan originator license in February 2016. Josh is an excellent addition to the company and learning the business faster than anyone I've trained in the past. He is also my cousin and I'm honored to be working with him.
