Josh has owned and managed a number of shorter term rentals and has strong ties with Wanderjaunt, a full service property management company specifically focused on furnishing, maintaining, and pricing hundreds of these types of rentals. Josh also has extensive experience with renovating homes, building new construction homes and close ties with the best contractors in town. This allows Josh to assist his clients looking to buy small fixer up projects, full renovations and investors alike. Josh spent several years working in the Phoenix Suns' Premium Sales Department as a senior account executive, affording him the opportunity to build a significant network and develop deep roots in the community. Josh is a specialist in educating clients, addressing their concerns, and maintaining a high and steady level of service throughout their relationship. A graduate of the University of Delaware with a degree in Business Leadership, Josh is a native of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, who fell in love with the Valley of the Sun and is proud to call Arizona his home.
