Josh was very helpful during the lending process, he was very responsive to any questions that came up. This is the thrid time we have used Cross Country and every time has been great!

The buyer was purchasing new construction and the builder had some last minute paperwork issues. Josh immediately called me and started talking about solutions to get the deal done!
