Josh Letcher is a lifelong Tobacco Valley resident. He and his family currently reside on the West Kootenai in the house where he was born and raised. Josh has been in the construction industry since 2002 and has been a General Contractor since 2005. He has overseen projects large and small. From home construction, home reconstruction, utility installation, landscaping, and RV lot development, to Major Subdivision Development. Josh is very active in the local community. He volunteers at fundraises, attends many public meetings, and he holds a positions on several local boards such as the Lincoln County Planning Board, the Ten Lakes Snowmobile Club, the Tobacco Valley Rod and Gun Club, and several More. Through his past business history, work ethic, and volunteer board positions, Josh, has gained a great understanding of the area and the local real estate market. He loves dealing with people and more importantly, he loves helping people achieve their real estate ownership dreams.
