Josh was great to work with, he was on top of everything and made the buying process very smooth.He was also great in setting expectations and going back and forth with the seller's agent, making sure everything we wanted was accommodated.
Josh listened to us and only showed houses that met our criteria. Very friendly and professional. Also attended the inspection with me and shared his knowledge on items he had experienced which was very helpful. Definitely recommend!
