A native North Carolinian, I grew up on the beaches of the Crystal Coast of North Carolina and came to Wilmington to attend the University of North Carolina at Wilmington. I became interested in the unique real estate market in the Wilmington area. As the market expanded and the building of new homes increased, I found myself in the midst of what would become my life's ambition. As a young man and college student, I knew that the Wilmington area offered a multitude of benefits and attractions; now as a professional, I can highlight the perks of living in the area while helping my future friends and neighbors find their perfect home or property.
