Josh Pelletter broker/owner A native of Madison, WI, growing up on Madison's Westside and attending Falk Elementary and Orchard Ridge Middle School. In 1995 Josh graduated from Edgewood High School and in 2000 graduated from Winona State University. Living and working in Madison his entire life has given Josh tremendous insight into Madison and all that it has to offer. Working his first years in real estate with Keller Williams Realty, Josh moved to Prudential in 2007 to work for the Beahr Inc. real estate team, as well as with his own clients. While with Beahr Inc . (2007-2010) the team was responsible for over $43,000,000 in sales. Josh and his wife Sarah currently live in Verona with their two boys Drew and Finn.
