“…And money has never been my God.” These words, part of a longer quote from Ted Jones, greeted me when I first walked into an Edward Jones office in Ruston, Louisiana, seeking to start my career as a financial advisor. Reading them, I knew I had found the right firm.Growing up in Ontario, Canada, as the youngest of four boys, I was constantly competing with my brothers in all things. This drive to win has fueled my success as a financial advisor, pushing me to learn more and become the best I can be to serve my clients.My desire for knowledge led me to pursue a Master of Business Administration from Louisiana Tech University. After graduating, I began my career with Edward Jones. Several years in, my commitment to continuous learning as I serve clients in achieving their financial goals led me to attain the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™, or CFP®, certification.I couldn't do this alone. I am blessed to have Karen Collins as my branch office administrator, who helps keep everything on track. Together, we pride ourselves on delivering highly personalized service. We partner with our clients’ CPAs and attorneys to address all aspects of our clients finances, providing a truly holistic approach to helping clients achieve their financial goals.When I am not at the office, you can probably find me at home playing soccer or riding bikes with my three children: Adeline, Analise and Jude. I am blessed to be married to my best friend, Cristy, and with our family together, we enjoy discovering new places around the world.
