Joseph Jowdy

Born and raised in Massachusetts, Joe graduated from Babson College in 1998 with a double major in Marketing and Entrepreneurial Studies. He immediately set sights on the Mortgage Industry, going to work building loan origination teams across the country with Corporate Search America in Boston and Orlando. In 2003, he entered loan originations directly working with client Kegan Funding in Winter Park, FL. By late 2005, Joe and partner Richard Dickinson started their own Mortgage Company, founding First Equity Financial. Since then he has focused on developing an expansive menu of mortgage loan products that service buyers and homeowners throughout the credit spectrum. With a mix of Conventional, FHA, VA, Jumbo and Portfolio programs, Joe and his team are able to service everybody from the first time home buyer to the seasoned investor. The focus of Joe's mortgage career has been ensuring a smooth and mistake free process for his clients. By communicating throughout the transaction, and keeping an eye on the details, First Equity Financial has become a mortgage broker of choice for many of the top Real Estate teams throughout Florida and Massachusetts. Joe resides in Longwood, Florida with his wife and two children and is an avid sports fan and volunteer within the community.
