Joe's approach to all facets of real estate law is collaborative with the various necessary professionals of Real Estate - mortgage brokers, realtors, inspectors, appraisers, title companies, etc. He understands the importance of timely communication with his clients and these professionals in such a competitive market. Joe prides himself on making his client feel at ease in a potentially stressful process.Prior to joining Dickler & Roth, LLP, Joe was the founder and owner of Varvara Law, P.C. - a general practice law firm located in DUMBO, Brooklyn. He previously spent time at Zimner Law P.C. and Dobshinsky & Priya LLC.Joe earned his law degree from Brooklyn Law School. He is also a proud graduate of Syracuse University and Xavier High School (NYC).
