Joe began his career with StoneGate Realty, in 2000 he joined Messina Associates and co-founded Walker-Privette Real Estate in 2015. Joe is well versed in all areas of Real Estate which include, residential, income properties, land, relocation services, short sales, foreclosures and buyer representation. Joe has had extensive training throughout his career which includes, franchise conventions, national conventions and ongoing yearly education. Joe has also volunteered his time as past Director for Lake Superior Association of Realtors, past Director for Minnesota Association of Realtors, past Vice-President and President of Ridgeview Country Club and currently sits on BOD of Ridgeview.
