Joe is the managing partner of Giamanco Law Partners, Ltd., a group of attorneys who concentrate mainly in the field of litigation.   The son of an attorney from Southern Illinois, Joe grew up around the legal system and watching his dad, Paul Giamanco, work with clients on a range of legal issues.  Joe initially started his career in Chicago working for Herbert F. Stride and the law firm of Stride, Craddock & Stride initially as a law clerk and upon graduating law school as an attorney.  Joe had a unique experience working in his first firm in that they handled both insurance defense matters for an insurance company, defending cases, while also working on behalf of individuals who were seriously injured due to no fault of their own. In 2007 Joe left Chicago and opened his initial office in Bolingbrook, Illinois which handled a range of matters.  In 2017 Joe formed Giamanco Law Partners, Ltd. to focus on a range of civil cases including traumatic personal injury cases, business matters, debt collection defense and general civil litigation.  Joe and his firm's have also developed a reputation that has earned them the trust of several insurance companies over the years who have become clients of the firm's.
