Joe's current responsibilities include the listing, Marketing and selling of REO properties, short sales and traditional real estate transactions. Joe has over 11 years of experience as a Real Estate Broker working with Buyers and Sellers. I have extensive experience with First Time Homebuyers. One of his specialties is working with real estate investors in the Buy and Hold, as well as the Rehab and resell arenas. Joe is also an investor himself with over 20 years of residential investing experience. He currently has many rental properties and throughout his career he has flipped over 50 properties. A graduate of Johnson and Wales University, Joe earned his degree in Restaurant Management. Before joining Carrington in May 2011, Joe was Broker Owner of Metro Denver Home Team. Joe has many years experience with the listing, marketing and selling of REO as well as short sales assets. In 2010 Joe has attained the designation CIAS, Certified Investor Agent Specialist.
